I am enclosing a copy of the plat which sets out the property being located at the southeast corner of Richter and Jones Street.When Jimmy and Suzanne purchased the house several years ago that you now own on Avenue, an updated plat was done by Larry G. dated 12/19/2000.

With closing costs, the total comes out to 12k, which leaves me 8k to update the kitchen and bathroom of the second unit before I rent it out.

If anyone owns a 2 bedroom unit in Franklinton I'd appreciate a little feedback please.The main question I'm trying to answer is can I pencil in a minimum of $900 in rent for an updated 2 bed in Franklinton if I purchase there?  

This condo made it easy since it really just needed a cosmetic update.

What's the procedure for me to update the records?

Then have the property appraiser update the records to show that it is part of the heated square footage... too many try to use porch areas as bedrooms and get caught later because it is not permitted properly...
