For post cards, use yellow card stock and have a printer (Minuteman Press; PIP; etc - NOT a copy store like Office Depot) merge your card copy with the address list and print them on the card stock and cut them for you.

Check with pet stores for products.

I score if a person  showed up to see the house on time, if they brought all items requested,  if they  completed the app in it's entirety, to how long they've been employed and how long they lived at the last residence.

I am using this cool app Spotio now as well, I highly recommend it.

I want a farm with my house and plenty of space to store my atvs and boats.

After researching half a dozen or so, the one that seems the best fit so far is the Rentec Direct software due to its cost and features, but the lack of an Android app is off-putting.

Then NC not the worst but there is a 30 day where you have to store some one belongings if you evicted.

I return the app fees to any applicant I didn't run a check on, people really appreciate that, and they go on a list to be notified of any other openings.  

Looks like I can get started very soon, just have to get to a computer, the Mobil app doesn't let you send PM's.
