I’m currently 20 years old in college as a marketing major and I’m about 2 years away from graduating(taking summer classes now hoping to finish faster)  I’ve been wanting to pursue real estate for quite a while now but it’s seem almost impossible to do with little to no cash or credit, I’ve seen many videos and even bought Kris Krohan training program and this was supposed to help me secure deals with “no money down”.

There are many things that could be overlooked as part of the renovation on fire-damaged properties.I would also be happy to look at pictures or videos and answer any specific questions you have. 

I have people on video stealing with the license plate very visible and they won’t investigate.

I am trying to collect all announcements, video clips, etc... of Government sources indicating people can in any way get away with not paying rent during this mess.

I had 3 leases turning over on May 31 and I used this process:- Coordinated with the current residents to have a video walk-thru of the unit recorded.- Send the video to all interested parties and encourage them because of COVID to make a decision based on the video.- If a qualified applicant on the waitlist is ready to sign but won't sign without a showing, I coordinate to have the residents prep for showing.
