It's funny b/c both times, I am fully convinced it was pure coincidence (or Devine blessing =-) ), as the moment I paid fro the 34.99 subscription, a lady from Santa Fe springs was selling her home, as her husband had just passed.

Been down that road, my first time renting a unit I took a young ladies cash who I KNEW would be a trouble tenant but it had been vacant almost 3 months and I needed it rented.

I got reply, a lady's email saying she really want to see this property and would like meet me at my property.

I had one lady who called when she received the letter and was not looking to sell but about 5 months later called again and wanted to get rid of the property.

So being a new investor I was excited to find a FSBO sign a few houses down from where I live. so taking action I immediately called the number, but when the phone was answered the lady was confused saying she had no idea what I was talking about.

@Terry PortierBut you've already advised us in another thread that you work with insurance companies, make at least 50% profit and that we REI are not worth your time.So, I really don't think you can answer questions from REI who work with contractors that don't do insurance work.I don't ever pay for bids and anybody advising me that they want to charge me - they don't need to bother coming out.14K bid for an exterior paint job would seem that it's either a 7-color custom job on a 2 story victorian painted lady or a big multi-family building.

Does any of this seem real, or is my "strategist" full of bologna and just covering for the slime-ball objective of funnelling rich old ladies life savings or desperate people into taking out giant credit lines (through their partner finance company - Copper Rock Financials) so they can afford the $35k package.
