This excludes a large number of buyers at that price point.Finally, if you've rehabbed this property and owned it less than 180 days, your FHA buyers will have to get two appraisals, or one and a desk review, that give it value.Your best bet, given the info, is to pull the property and re-list in a few months.

There are couple advantages, but here is the most important:- You can map the unit and tenant to a property and anytime you enter a transaction, it will automatically prefill the property name- Has 15 custom fields with formatting whereas in Pro and Premier you have only 7- Payroll is included (Only in gold and platinum edition)- Unlimited data- Advanced Reporting is included!
