I think we are at the point now with STR that it’s a good idea to disclose anything someone may regard as a negative in the description.  

Maybe there are some out there, but I have not met a single person who has pinned the success of their career on a $15,000 bootcamp.

I do plan on listing the house on Zillow with an increased rate and then "short-term" and "furnished" in the keywords/description.

Such as, top of OTA listing description, house rules & policies page on listing, check in notes given a week before arrival, welcome sign in kitchen and welcome book in property.
