What kind of terms should we expect with this size property?

So I was screening for tenants for my rental, and this one family met all my criteria.

Obviously there are differences in setup and screens, but we’re happy the functionality and haven’t come across any issues so far. 

Do you have any recommendations for me when screening tenants?

Population Size - Greater than 1 million.

What is the lot size? 

Not sure how many occupants, but someone told me and it was more than you'd think from the size.

If it's a straight R10 and the zoning hasn't changed then there shouldn't be a problem unless it's in some sort of a UZO or historic.It needs to be min 10k square feet lot size. 

But they are the size of 20-40 school buses stacked upright and on top of each other.
