Tenants can pay rent online, all the screening is through the app, as well as maintenance request.

Or you can hire someone domestic or overseas to do virtual driving for dollars using apps like DealMachine, Batch, etc.

Also have downloaded the Houzz app to make attempts as well.

What are some software and apps that you guys have found helpful to manage your business(s)?

I tend to stay away from payment apps that get between me and my money.

Some property management apps have the feature built in and you can either pay the fee for the report yourself, or pass it onto the tenant to pay.

Some property management apps even have integration with Xero or Quickbooks so you can use the comprehensive accounting features, while also taking advantage of industry-specific features like online rent collection, tenant screening, etc.
