Have you visited Milwaukee?

I used to live in Wisconsin, and rented a house that didn't have insulation.  

This is why I chose the cash flow market of Milwaukee WI.

I'm curious if any Milwaukee Pocketiers, as we have coined ourselves, could share whether they've made a purchase through Homepath and how well the process went for them.

There are many arguments against annual rent increases, like turn over cost and the time and effort resulting from it - while you are working a W2 job.Just got some interesting data. 65% of all ladlords in Milwaukee own only 1-2 units.

I would imagine you could pick any city from Milwaukee to Nashville and find similar circumstances with regards to the downtown movement and universities.
