Write in “new ceiling fan, new paint, new flooring” for each bedroom.

I'm a fan of as many doors under one roof or at a single location that I can acquire.

There were 3 switches i believe she wanted them to just have one switch work so it turns on both lights and the fan to keep the air circulating. it sounded good to us and sounded like she did it to all her rentals it's just what her guy did. anyways the tenant took pics and it was bad and really could've started a fire. when the tenant told the PM she played dumb like omg yes fix that and i will pay you back for labor and materials. so almost 500 later the tenant fixes it all. probably saves the place. we are about to bring this up to the PM.

That is cleaning showers, toilets, fridge, all floors, baseboards, ceiling fans, vents, kitchen cabinets.
