I literally had 2 units approaching 1000 reviews each (many/most preceding the time Vacasa managed them which Vacasa got to keep when they purchased the previous pm) that got discarded to start over with someone that was not Vacasa. My booking rate has never matched what Vacasa was getting but my reviews are less than 100 on every platform (some OTAs far less than 100).I recommend against Vacasa, anyone is better.
