I am current in child support, I have good credit, but lenders say I need a letter from the state / Judge that says I am current, I can provide, that I am current, do not want to go before the judge to get that letter, is there any help for me to get a mortgage???

Here is my main issue with this - I have carry and holding costs - does it make sense that everyone else gets their full amount, attorney fees / realtor fees - but I have to take a larger loss because of corona?
