If I hire an architect to help design & permits, get the foundation done by a licensed contractor, have Tuff Shed build the shell (they install it too), and if you can hire out subs to finish up the rest like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring etc.. would self managing the project work?

It really would be more of a watch the place, let subs in as needed, cut the grass in the summer and be the designated person my homeowner's insurance agent told me I would need if I would be living out of state.

Even then it would probably still not be wise to move forward if the park has a policy for no rentals.Another strategy may be to talk directly with the park manager or owner to mention that you will pay an extra $100+ per month for the ability to rent out the mobile homes for a while.

Decide for sure what your exit strategy is and have a backup plan in case something changes like interest rates going up or banks stop lending.
