George, at the risk of sounding trite (which isn't my intention), in general there are opportunities everywhere.In general, if you have a choice you'd like to go where the general economic trends are in your favor.I can't speak about Connecticut, but for RI and in my general impression of the Northeast, is that - all other things being equal - I think there are probably other parts of the country which have better economic fundamentals.While there are certainly cities with good economic activity (e.g., Boston and New York), I don't really get that economic excitement of "things are starting to boom" and "great things are starting to happen in this area" for this part of the country.

I had to bust out 4 courses of block down to the footer . ( the house was bricked faced after the old  unit was installed)  I could reach in with the hoe for the first 2 feet to dig it down to a depth where I could stand .
