hi heather. many bookstores and stationary places have the necessary documents you are looking for. office max, office depot, etc. but, some counties do not accept these. some county clerks require exactly what they want in order to complete your transaction. i would start by going to the county clerks office and ask them for all the papers you will need to complete this transaction. they can be very helpful at times even though they are state employees.......lol

But it's not just initial training, it's the ongoing support, like a new financial planner just getting licensed with the general agent, they always discuss cases together, General agent makes 50% of the financial planners gross wages but the new financial plan a gift to look like an expert quicklyNow I don't charge 50% of every deal, which I personally think is  ridiculous, but I do charge a fee for 12 months coaching@Jim KellerThank you for the kind words and I look forward to having you as a client.

@Roy LhanieI buy and hold in The Woodlands/Montgomery county but due to higher tax rates, choose to stay out of Harris county except for flipping - feel free to call/email and I will discuss the market at length
