I am looking to do wholesaling and lease options. I have been getting education through podcasts, books, and anything i can get my hands on...

I am all in!  I am convinced!  But where in the world do i get legal california contracts to do the options, assignments, and purchasing agreements when i am not a realtor. 

What am i missing?
