California's discrimination protections in landlord tenant laws are different than the Federal Government's discrimination protections in lending laws.Thus, Fannie Mae can discriminate in lending, under Federal lending laws, in ways that a landlord may  not discriminate when renting housing, under California State landlord tenant laws.

Unless the Fed still has GREAT concerns over deflation OR is tied up in Congressional hearings, the Fed will handle the inflation before it gets out of controlThe number (SWAG) CPI inflation of between 3% & 6% in 2012 or thereafter.Wildcards: Obamacare (not a fan), antibusiness initiatives, state and municipal bankruptcies and government response thereto (higher taxes & fees or drastic cuts).This is worth exactly what you paid for it!

I admire your ambition and eagerness, but I think it's best to at least appear to others that you know enough about what you do that you can be successful enough to make a living from it.I have never used direct mail of any kind, so I have no idea what color paper to use.Before striking off in different directions, I suggest you first, learn how to estimate market value using comps, understand the the types of transactions used and the related rules, regulations and laws pertaining to the transactions.
