We work in Rock County, WI and Dane County, WI and investors have been extremely happy with the returns due to the steady increases in the market, booming job growth among many other strong indicators in the market.

The last text was about a very nice couple who had a dinner party upstairs and that it was loud.

@Jay Gil All of those suburbs are great, but I'm definitely partial to Douglas County (Highlands Ranch, Parker, Castle Pines, Castle Rock) for their schools and how the county runs their programs. 

You might also want to look at Clearwater/Indian Rocks Beach (beaches about 30 minutes west of Tampa) or down in Sarasota/Manatee along the islands.

I’ve been researching online quite a bit but that initial fear is still a bit scary, especially for investing remotely.Currently looking at Kansas City MO/KS, Columbus OH, Little Rock AR.
