If you commingle your money that can open liability there as well.Not sure about all states but in Missouri if you file the LLC online yourself it only cost 51.25 & no money to maintain the LLC.

So, if these tend to appeal to an older demographic, does this effect how you accept online payments and application?

You can use a form called an ‘amendment of contract’ form (available for free online, just google it) to alter the original language in the Purchase & Sales agreement/contract.

There are online services like Escrow.com but never used them and not sure if they would fit your needs. 

Search the company online and you will get their contact information.

This has a bigger impact on longer term accelerated growth when combined with re-financing.
