If I could suggest one thing, replace your Facebook/Pinterest/twitter/instagram/other social media time with bigger pockets forum time.

This is not a pitch fest but a social educational event.Hang out where high net worth individuals hang out like country clubs, social clubs, high end restaurants, community events and fundraisers.

Maybe ask the agent to do a social media campaign along side the price drop? 

If the prospect has a letter from a licensed practitioner of psychology or psychiatry, you need to accept that their claim is legit.

The main problem I see with the mass CA exodus into an area is that many of them move to an area to get the low cost of living, then they want to bring along all of their social programming and drive up the cost of living where they move to.BTW, I am a born and raised CA person. 

By 65 yrs old I would be able to retire with two pension, social security and 401k collecting over about 10k a month.
