Account Closed I think this post does a disservice to any new agent reading it, because it will keep them from taking action right now with what they have available.All you need to start is your 2 legs, and some flyers that can be printed by a title company or lender, the ability to face fears, and the willingness to put in a lot of work every day knocking on doors to introduce yourself and talk to as many strangers as possible.

I would not do anything unless you are pushed by the police (I've had received letters, when they did undercover drug buys from 2 different tenants, telling me that I need to evict or they'll seize the property).She's innocent until proven guilty and I think you'd leave yourself open to some legal action, if you tried to evict for something like this - and I don't know if the judge would go for this anyway.

For instance, if a contractor wants to charge me $150 for a toilet I know I can get for $90 or 6k for cabinets I can get for 4k, there's no way I can blindly accept being overcharged for something I know doesn't cost that much.
