I am a regular BP visitor and think the site and the vast majority of its members add enormous value.

As such I try to put out as much educational content on sites like this one or my other various social media platforms to go over as many of the frequently asked questions as possible.

My experience has been that in places like Austin you would need a site plan, permits and the such so the covering up of the sprinkler system would never fly.

@Elijah Moon I haven't personally used any forms yet because I am still new to REI but on the site I know they have many forms of all different kinds. 

currently a single ADU  (detached or attached) is allowed subject to site conditions, etc.

But I'm curious to know how you approach colleague requests through the site?
