Google's ranking algorithm is continuing to rank UX (user experience) higher than some other SEO values, which is helping non-Wordpress sites in terms of ranking on Google , but it's pretty minuscule right now.

I'm using this time period to educate myself with books, podcasts, YouTube vids, etc.

In addition to the  actual class i watched Prep  Agent on you tube which really helped.

I have been watching the BP podcasts on Youtube since mid-2016 and signed up to the website to be getting the member blogs (amazing stuff).

Look on YouTube for videos of wholesalers and Realtors (and various other business/sales people) cold calling prospects for business.disclosure: this (cold/warm calling) is my primary lead gen spoke, second only to door-knocking and networking.

A good rule of thumb is that if there is a video on how to do the repair on Youtube, it is probably something that I do.Basically I do anything that has no room for a mistake. 

There so much more as well you can get into fix and flipping once you stack your cash ( or if your smart you'll learn how to use OPM "Other peoples money" Grant Cardone on youtube teaches that pretty well.

Look up flip man on YouTube he covers everything you need....all do lots of flips I never tell the seller what I'm doing as far as they know I'm the buyer it's easy.
