After spending the last year teaching myself all about real estate investing through podcasts, books, YouTube and forums like BiggerPockets, I have finally decided to make my jump into the real estate world in order to obtain financial freedom.

There are lots of great diy videos on Youtube, but you may not want to or have the time to become a handyman.Good Luck

As a Landlord and person that wants to see the industry grow in a good way, I think arbitrage is terrible.Too many people watch a few YouTube videos and get the idea that arbitrage will make them rich.

Lots of discourse on both sides of the fence here.This guy has an informative Youtube channel that does a good job giving an overview: I would like to hear from investors in other states where similar statutes have been put in place. 

I would not blindly trust some rentometer algorithm.  

I highly recommend watching the bigger pockets podcasts on Youtube to learn how to properly run numbers on a property, what information to research on every property and where to find that information.
