If enough people do it, maybe the ads we see on this website will switch from being 100% REI stuff, to having some ads for boats, vacation spots, and fancy wine/cigars, in the mix. 

But their website and materials they have sent me are a little lower quality than I would expect from a reputable lender.So, I am doing some verifying here to see if anyone else has ever had any experience with them.

Best advice I could give is get very familiar with navigating county web sites.

I find off market deals by sending mailers to addresses I get from the county website.

My initial plan is to get new leases for the tenants, background checks on all adults, get security deposits, and verify who is living in the units.
