This is actually a real reason why many businesses with a good product fail – they are afraid to focus.The solution, in our case, was to simply create a written list addressing the same questions we are always asked by potential borrowers, plus answers to questions borrowers never think to ask in advance (this educates them and also comprises most of the list).

Fundamentally, to the extent of my knowledge, the Bay will still thrive and grow for a long time to come.But the question of: "Is the cost of living in the Bay so high compared to the rest of the country (maybe historically, or just the affordability index) that it is now a very attractive option for a ton of people to start moving elsewhere?

Cant stand the company.To @John Matthews  If you are comfortable doing your own accounting I highly endorse Buildium - IMO for us smaller operators, its a great option, affordable and gives you all the features you need in a one stop shop plus GREAT and friendly support.
