I'm on the north side of Chicago and was wondering how often people clean their vents and if anyone has a good recommendation for a good vent cleaning service for a small multifamily unit building. 

Keep it clean and simple.

Not sure if things like cleaning need to be taken into consideration, or hospitality type things that will need to be stocked in the house.

The pool is more of a headache to take care of and keep clean but I am finally hiring that out this week and the extra $150/month will still be worth it. 

Builder level except I am going to put in window sills, as a practical durability feature.5. 

I use Hospitable, Pricelabs, Resort Cleaning, Rankbreeze, expensify (bookkeeping).I'm sure Pricelabs more than pays for all of them on its own. 

So factor in disaster areas, rebuilds, clean ups, and that time frame and it will not benefit Charlotte or Lee County.I would say if they can look into Pinellas we have a lot of great options for condo's and townhomes all around Largo, Seminole, and Clearwater.

A typical scenario: Tenant fails to pay last month's rent, leaves $5,000 in cleaning and repairs, and it takes you a month to turn the unit around and find a new renter.

Lots of debris and clean up but under the circumstances we did good!

You clearly also have experience trying to clean up messes caused by the word 'turnkey'.
