The point being I would have assumed he would have been more comfortable than me in this area.Another time that I went to this convenience store (I am either brave, or not easily intimidated, or I am just stupid, you pick),  I was propositioned by someone for whom I could not determine their gender.

My thought is that even after fully vetting a tenant is would allow you a chance to see if they will be a good tenant, if they're not you can more easily get them out after the month ends.
