I contacted the bank again, this time in an attempt to replace the insurance policy at a minimum or to assume the loan in a best case scenario.They responded by sending a letter addressed to the original borrower stating that they may accelerate the loan unless the property changes title back to the original borrowers, they refinance, or a qualified person assumes the loan.

Lenders use over 10 different version of fico so the pull at BOA could be different than Wells Fargo.Also ask yourself does it effect you mentally to walk around with 500 fico ( won't really drop that much) but to me I don't care what my score is.

It sits down the hillside of the street address..... and the driveway is the major hiccup in this listing (again, in my humble opinion).It's at the point where there have been close to a 100 showings on this house since it was listed almost a year ago and we've been in contract twice (to have financial issues crop up on the buyer's end) and lots of positive feedback... except for the driveway.
