Hey all, new investor here, looking for any good suggestions or advice on staging some rentals I recently purchased.

You pay only the buyer's agent commission, typically 3%.There are several things you should know and be able to do yourself to consider this:1.What you should and are willing to do to make your property the most marketable, including repairs, upgrades and staging.2.How to price your property3.How to negotiate4.How to navigate the selling processJust put a lockbox on the house, realtors will call you. 

In some instances the property will be held in a Private Portfolio which will be managed by the RE Banker, also the property could be acquired and rehabbed and place back on the market for retail sale.RE Syndicator: is a consultant who structures deals from the acquisition stage all the way to the liquidation stage.

Staging is also very critical in receiving the highest offer, don't pass this up.

I think this is such an important stage to get to as an owner/investor.

Also, at what point do you move from a new investor to the next stage?

I have had a couple long phone talks with him, we can easily communicate at this stage, but this roommate idea is a turnoff for me.

With this addition I plan on stopping my work for at least 5 years to get them into elementary school.
