Who is your tenant Forest Gump.I do not know your landlord tenant regs but in most cases interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of another tenant, or in your case the landlord, is just grounds for eviction.

which is a good thing.... my guys I am funding now.. at a few a month are enjoying a very nice fix and resell retail market.. with homes selling in a matter of a few days to few weeks to homeowners. so your not flooding neighborhoods with rentals.. this is a good thing as well.

I have managed to bring my credit score up from 640 to 780 and can see it soon being over 800 with just a little more work.Having thoroughly enjoyed my time here at bigger pockets thus far, I have been getting excited and encouraged to build up my portfolio more.
