I would put septic tanks in for each place and pipe gravity to a pump station, solids will stay in tanks liquid will go to station.

And, I just don't buy that GPs will liquidate the deal to finance their personal problems - if that's the case, then I invested with a GP who was irresponsible to risk their family's financial future on a single deal.

I am charged $.50 per transaction, get an e mail once it is paid, and the money gets deposited into my account in a few days, and it is also linked up to QB of course.
