When I moved in I power rodded the 2 inch pipe sections and flushed them with boiling water and green gobbler solution and i havent had any issue since i moved in about 18 months ago.

If they refuse spit in their coffee when they are not watching and take a picture of that green brown yellow loogie floating in their coffee, and when they finished drinking it, ask for their number, then run away and once you are in your car send them a pic (or video even better) of that monster loogie and them drinking and chewing on that fat slimy loogie and then say in the text, if you only had given me their info.
