While I know Austin has some cool stuff going on in the tech landscape, BP cheerleading is mostly happening on the basis on click bait articles and YouTube videos and with an investment thesis that revolves on Austin having a lower cost of living vs bigger coastal markets and hence a great market during Covid / Remote work related migration.

We stayed in Ohio City recently and it was cool...lots of transition and a very hip feel...the Cleveland architecture is awesome, and the indoor market is as good as any...and in the summer, you can't beat the lake.
