@Ali Boone also made great points on why the negative seems to be more prevalent.I hope to inspire people who can see themselves invest between $25K and $50K to get their first investment property to consider the OOS TK SFR strategy.I love to talk about and help people with it and I am living proof that it can work.

Nonetheless, you've inspired me to do more research on house-hacking and truly explore my options; quite frankly, it is a cheat code!

This post was just inspired by @Jason Scott who just posted on FB how most people will never achieve $10 million, $100 million net worth etc (and theres nothing wrong with that) (Also, in like a decade on here Ive never been able to tag Jason even though I have super power moderating capabilities).So I was curious what is everyones net worth goals?

You can give an awful lot of people all the knowledge in the world and they'll sit on their butts and twiddle their thumbs and pray for enlightenment forever rather than actually do anything.Stop blowing inspirational double-talk up people's butts.
