Michael Saunders is by far the largest brokerage for real estate sales in Sarasota, but I don't know if they are the best choice for renting and managing the properties.My other goals are more up your alley- I am looking to purchase a couple of small (8,000-12,000 square foot each) well located retail strip centers.

The echo boomers are trying to start family's, and yes they would prefer to live in a sfr, many especially the lower end of the economic scale, will never be able to move to sfr.We hear everyday about the erosion of the middle class, so we will continue to see the demand for inexpensive housing.
