Here’s the short story, I signedan AOS with sellers to buy 4 lots xxx1 and xxx2 leithgow and aaa1 and aaa2 n 4th st 19123 (I replaced real address with xxx and aaaI later decided that I want to build out all 4.In his AOS he had a contingency yThe contingency was lot relocation of aaa1 and aaa 2 n 4th st (the lots in his aos).

@Adam LaceyClosing one later this month and have another under contract.So I am finding them.They are not cheap and they aren’t “deals” per se but rather solid long term investments in a booming area.Greenville especially of off the hook so much mew construction and investment everywhere you turn.

If you were to look at our income a year later and recalculate a yield on cost it would offer a really nice spread over our mortgage interest rate and a healthy investment return.Fast forward to now--we are actually renting units for around $1,600 (that's not a typo)--which is a 70% increase and we've only owned the property for 12 months.
