GoDaddy (or any other) .com runs approx $15/year, Zoho mail will let you use their mail for FREE with your URL so you can have you @yourdomain .com from them for no additional cost, up to 10 users... heck they even let you customize it with your own logos and offer a custom login screen mail.yourdomain.com with your logo...

Consider using a mail house like Ballpoint Marketing or Open Letter Marketing. 

@Rehaan KhanWow...you’re brave for doing it solo.I did one in CA a couple weeks ago with a lawyer.Make sure you know how long you have to keep his possessions for.In my case, since the past owner was on site during the eviction, the clock started ticking.If he wasn’t there when the deputies arrived, I would have had to mail or deliver a notice to him telling him he had x amount of days to claim his items.

Of course I prefer receiving mail-box money of interest checks, but have used seller funds when mine are invested elsewhere.
