There is still much trust required by both parties in the partnership, but mostly the one putting up the $.

Haven't pulled the trigger yet because I feel like I need to take some more steps towards my education and taking action before I make any purchases.

Hey guys I am a new member to Bigger Pockets and i just finished my firs deal analysis on a 4plex that I am ready to pull the trigger on. but before i would like to get your opinion, and see if is doable at asking price or i need to offer the owner a lower price for the property.

We are looking at possibilities for partnerships or going on our own for the next one.  

The partnership is absolutely great as we compliment each other.
