This is not an abstract game.It seems to me that investors who look for thrills would go for day trading on stocks or crypto.Still, she gives great advice on how to improve one's game and not get complacent.

Obviously, some topics are more interesting and engaging than others, but it seems like 90% of engagement happens on a few posts that trend.I've had some great conversations through making connections and messaging back and forth.

Long-term, I'd like to buy and hold multi-family properties, but it seems that this route requires a lot of capital for a down payment.

As an avid reader and absorber of this site I've found myself drawn to certain folks who seem to have ideals/thoughts that very much align with mine. 

Anyway, I have read much about the 1% "Rule", but there just doesn't seem to be any houses that could qualify for that due to the prices.
