I am not 100% certain but I do not believe there are tax implications on this other than less interest paid (lower loan principle with the larger down payment) and you may need to pay taxes on the interest you pay yourself (again, not 100% certain because my retirement manager Fidelity can't offer tax advise).

@Orlando Rodriguez, I'm not sure of the implications of wholesaling notes, but I don't think having a real estate license would matter one way or another.

My goal is to provide my own retirement funds through RE investments, and then any extra retirement funds (or social security, if there is such a thing in 30 years) from other employment would just be icing on the cake.

As far as tagging, I did it just like you would on any other social media platform by typing the at symbol and typing their name right after it with no space in between @Darcy Maiangowi

I'm not necessarily confined to Los Angeles but I'd like to stick to California at first to keep the intra-state legal implications low.
