I see the listing agent still has the property on the MLS and posting here is the only thing keeping me from calling my agent and yelling at him to perform some miracle to speed things up (Yes, I know that would result in nothing but annoying my realtor :) ) So I'm trying to figure out if the holdup is the asset mgmt. company or the bank itself, just because trying to figure it out is better than sitting here and moping. :) We've been waiting a week and a half just for them to sign the contract and we're just annoyed that it seems like after a month of negotiating and getting a "agreement" someone else can come in and make an offer on the house and we're back to square 1.
