@Omar Khan, @Gregory Hiban, @Michinori KanekoAt first I was going to post the rest of the story for that article on SPO Account Closed posted, rant about how a hedge fund closing confirms nothing about the relative validity of equities vs RE, and point out the decision to close SPO was based more on on their style of investing (very pure Ben Graham value) being challenging in times of optimistic valuation and less about their outlook on equities in an overall sense.
