Not sure there.He is in it a couple of weeks, and is now ready to be the Wholesailing King of the World.Sounds like he still doesn't know what hebis talking about, although they teach him investing lingo, so he feels confident.This feels like a pure scam to me, but if anyone has any positive experiences, I'd be excited to hear!

With MHP's becoming so popular right now, if the market doesn't drop out, they will be even more popular, and the ever consolidation of the industry, cap rates are compressing because more people are getting into the space that have lower return objectives and are fine with lower returns because they are placing their capital that has historically earned them lower returns than what they are used to based on never investing in this asset class.

There is a big difference between accounting manager and account manager; account manager doesn't imply someone with an accounting background.It's better to find someone overqualified than someone who doesn't know the difference between asset and liabilities and operating and finance activities.
