Some property management apps have the feature built in and you can either pay the fee for the report yourself, or pass it onto the tenant to pay.

Some property management apps even have integration with Xero or Quickbooks so you can use the comprehensive accounting features, while also taking advantage of industry-specific features like online rent collection, tenant screening, etc.

I wanted to add that you need to consider how you want the rent paid (app/service). 

Of course the payoff is the time that you need to dedicate to looking after everything.With that being said, the ability to manage your accounting on the go, collect rent online, screen tenants, etc. all from an app is convenient! 

This allows a busy agent to run their business more efficiently without having to purchase each little app or service individually, and then having to organize and make sense of it all.

It's ridiculous.I typically go on the Realtor.com app every day and I look at the rentals and I look at the sales.

I was going to try out a management app like RentRedi to help.

No one had computers, cell phones, cable TV or internet, satellite.
