I have one of the low end Brother multi function printers for my home office.

But I would be pretty surprised if 20 years from now anyone were collecting a 6% commission for selling another cookie-cutter Toll Brothers house.

Myself along with my two brothers have begun to acquire properties.

They may well have brothers, sisters and whatever family members that speak to them about financial matters and seek their opinions.

Quicken has a "yourgage" that my brother writes all the time.

I've never been accused of being anti-government, but it of roils me to think of big brother using such a heavy hand to regulate what individuals do with their own property.

@Jay Hinrichs My brother and I are somewhat interested in the development side of things, but more from the standpoint of developing more affordable rentals in a few areas where there is a shortage.  

Sometimes I see a bunch of folks try to convince everyone & their brother to buy in Cleveland so they can sell them stuff.
