Not sure when we'll be buying the next, would like to get a property in the MA area next, somewhere closer to home that I can househack, but the market here is expensive so might take awhile to save up for the next down payment. 

the app is to answer the phone :)  like I said even to say hey I see your call give me  1 hour to call you back.. doing this will make agents money after 50 years as a broker I flat gurantee that works.
