My name is Miyatta (MiMi) and I am a 21 year old junior in college looking to build a passive income, a understanding of the real estate world for lifetime use, a network, paying off student loans and saving for dental school.

I have not dug into real estate yet other than my live in flip that I am currently doing, but from my college economics courses, I would say that typically appreciation tends to be a mirage; it's not really there.

Hey All, I am a young college student, wanting to get started in real estate investing.

Let me give a little background: I am a 22 year old college grad (as of May 2019).

If you were my younger sister, I would encourage you to find  a career that actually makes money, or just become a real estate investor and drop out of college.

I am looking to buy (2-4) unit muti family properties in the San Antonio area preferably turnkey( with a little rehab work).I am looking to mostly target either other military people since there is a Air Force base or college kids as tenants.

One is vacant, and the other is tired of being a tenant..Both are 3/2 in a college town.

I'm a recent college graduate and I'm interested in getting a multi-family property where I can house hack.
