I'm busy and could use help with my properties, but that's a huge cash flow suck for a relatively low maintenance property.  

I am considering renting a vacuum trailer to suck the dirt out as it's removed.

It's all about what side of the fence you are looking from.A borrower does not want to encumber themselves with highly loaded debt that sucks out all of the cash flow and most upside of a project.

Nothing sucks more emotionally for an investor than the stress of re-renting a property (especially if it takes a while).

If you go into an apartment to do a check and find bed bugs for example, while that sucks, it is something you want to know about before you have to treat an entire building.The one thing I want to know here is if you have forced air HVAC you should be changing filters more frequently than you do an entire inspection.  

So from the perspective of the plumber.I know it sucks when we plumbers make a hole to get to a pipe, but please keep in mind, we are plumbers not sheetrockers.

Some will tell you the website sucks, that there are no good deals, and that you shouldn't waste your time on any site where you have to pay for a regular or premium service.
