If you actually have a GOOD deal, I know where the money is and how to get it.

If you’ve documented everything and handled things professionally (which it sounds like you have), I’d lean toward the non renewal, and keep things clean and simple.You’re not obligated to renew, and you’ve got a great case for just moving on.
