Only you know your relationship with this person and background better than those of us that are giving you advise.  

The weekly rent of the 6th person more than covers the cost of the keg, even if it is imported.  

You will wind up speaking to the commercial loan department so whether it's through your LLC like I do or wether it's in your personal name it won't matter

What may work for one person may not work for another.

For personal/professional reasons, we would prefer the public didn't know what specific stock we are investing in.Having said that, is it permissible/legal for my wife and I to create an LLC for the sole purpose of keeping our names private? 

@Ali Boone The reason why I like sites like this is because there is no emotional attachment to the person you're speaking to.

I tried using the @ symbol followed by the person's name and its not showing up as a link.

I have not had personal experience, but I heard it also hard to find good renters here. 

I also personally hate the way laminate feels underfoot--cheap.
